We strive to provide a high-quality product. However, as with all work done by humans, there is room for some variability. If revisions are necessary, please let us know and we will be happy to revise.
We can typically turn around medium commercial jobs in about 8 working days and small residential jobs in about 3 days. However, the turnaround time can be quicker or slower depending on the project specifics.
Terms and Conditions
By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions below. It is our goal to provide a quality product that is as free of errors as possible. However, the Customer must review the takeoffs to ensure that all pertinent items have been quantified correctly before using the takeoffs for creation of a submittal, in any form, to another party. If there are errors in the takeoff, we are more than happy to revise and resubmit. However, these revisions must be completed on the originally submitted Construction Drawings. If there is an addendum, ASI, revision sketch or equal, we can provide takeoffs for this at an additional cost.
When we put together a quote for a project, we consider the complexity of the job, but there are instances where the set of Construction Drawings is more complex/incomplete than originally anticipated. For this reason, due dates can sometimes push. When this is the case, we will notify you as quickly as possible and allocate more resources to your project.
If you are not happy with our product and we cannot come to a solution via our revision process, we are happy to provide a one-time refund of 50% of the total order value. If project costing is requested, note that we use various sources of unit costs such as RS Means or equal. It shall be understood that these unit costs are average costs based on location and not the actual costs that will be paid by the Customer. It is the responsibility of the Customer to verify costs with their Contractors, Suppliers, or other Service Providers.
Due to the inherent nature of Construction Drawings, there are going to be scopes of work that are unclear/open to interpretation. In these instances, we will make an estimating assumption and provide a list of qualifications that state the assumption(s).
